As a result of a continued expansion of our operations we have an urgent need for Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our existing team of experienced Recruitment Consultants.

Duties will include:
- Proactive generation of candidates by telephone and email canvassing
- Telephone interviewing and reference checking of candidates, to ensure quality and suitability.
- Networking candidates to generate market information that will assist the team.
- Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums (you must possess high levels of literacy) - 90% of our advertising is internet based.
- Development of your own candidate database by proactive marketing drives, and structured canvassing and networking techniques
- Selling candidates that you have found and vetted, to the recruitment consultants internally, for them to sell to our clients (employers)
As we are very much a team here at Project Resource, you will need to be an outgoing and friendly team player with career-based goals. The position offers a competitive basic salary, combined with a very generous uncapped commission scheme that should allow a first year's pro rata earning potential of over £28,000, rising to circa £35,000 in your second year.
